These terms apply to the use of this website and to catering and experience services provided by Facchini Food Services LLC, operating as La Dolce Vita.

Content on this website is provided for information only and may be updated at any time. Menus, formats, inclusions, and availability are subject to change and confirmation.
Proposals and confirmation
Submitting a request through this website does not confirm your event. A date is reserved only when a written proposal and agreement have been completed and any required deposit received.
Pricing
Any figures published on this website are illustrative planning ranges. Final pricing is determined by menu, guest count, staffing, duration, location, equipment, and production requirements, and is confirmed in your proposal.
Service requirements
Certain experiences require adequate space, power, water access, weather protection, or vehicle access. Requirements are described on each experience page and confirmed during planning. We may adjust or relocate service if on-site conditions are unsafe.
Alcohol service
Where alcohol is involved, service is provided in accordance with applicable licensing and venue requirements. Zero-proof programs are available for every bar-related experience.
Chef and host participation
Selected experiences may include the personal participation of Chef Fabrizio Facchini and/or Samira Facchini, subject to availability and confirmation in your agreement.
Rentals
Equipment, furniture, tabletop, and production rentals may be fulfilled and quoted through FFS Event Rentals under its own terms.
Cancellations and changes
Cancellation, postponement, guest-count adjustment, and payment terms are set out in your signed agreement.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the services contracted. We are not responsible for conditions outside our reasonable control, including weather, venue restrictions, and third-party vendor performance.
